Kevin Sullivan sends Maya Singh against Tom Zenk. The Road Warriors will be in action, as well as, the World Jr. Heavyweight Champion, Tiger Mask. Let’s go to Marc Lowrance.”

The International Champion takes on the rugged Petruzzi. AJ tries to rough up,the Champion. It doesn’t work. Riki fights back, and he is in control. He hits the lariat fir the win.

Mike Rotundo vs. Mike Reed
The talented Rotundo has been very impressive. He mat wrestles, and control
s the action. Reed is very game, but he’s no match for the Syracuse grad. Rotundo uses the airplane spin for the win.

Kevin Sullivan w/The Purple Haze vs. Frank Marconi
The Haze accompanies the “Master of Darkness” to the ring. As weird as they are, they are just as dangerous. Sullivan jumps Marconi before the bell. He chops, and kicks away. Marconi is overwhelmed. The Haze shouts from ringside. Sullivan is perpetual motion, he uses the double stomp from the ropes to finish Marconi. Who can stop Sullivan?

Tiger Mask (World Jr.Heavyweight Champion) vs. Jeff Craney
The talented Tiger Mask has gained quite a following. He is so athletic, and takes to the air. Craney doesn’t know what hits him. The Champion uses the Tiger suplex for the win.

Lowrance, “Fans, May 19 is fast approaching, and that means the ‘Parade of Champions’. Bell time at Texas Stadium is 4:00 PM. Some tickets still remain, but they are going fast. Here is what we know so far.
We will see two new stars debut. The muscular Billy Jack Haynes, from Portland, OR, will be in action. We will also see the ‘Universal Heartthrob’ Austin Idol. These men are two of the biggest names in the sport, and they are coming to WWI!
The popular Kevin Von Erich will return to action. He will face Genichiro Tenryu.
Kevin Sullivan, The Purple Haze, and Maya Singh will face the Mexican team, Los Infernales, El Satánico, MS 1, and Espectro Jr.
Ken Patera meets Tom Zenk
The International Champion, Riki Choshu, defends against Jumbo Tsuruta
The Midnight Express, the World Tag Team Champions, face the Midnight Rockers
And in the Main Event. Kerry Von Erich, in his hometown, challenges WWI World Champion Tatsumi ‘The Dragon’ Fujinami. The eyes of the wrestling world will be on this match.
Today, we can add three matches.
The Road Warriors face, the former Japanese Tag Team Champions, the Super Strong Machines.
In a match just signed, Sgt Slaughter faces Hacksaw Jim Duggan
And finally, the World Jr. Heavyweight Champion, Tiger Mask defends against, the top Jr. Heavyweight in Mexico, Pirata Morgan.

Hacksaw Jim Duggan vs. Terry Gibbs
Gibbs is a very talented wrestler. He will give Duggan all he wants. The bell rings, and we are underway. Terry holds his own, and we have a close match. Duggan uses his strength to take over. He hits the spear to end things.

Mercer, “Hello fans. WWI is presenting the best in wrestling action week in, and week out. We know about the ‘Parade of Champions’ on May 19, but let’s talk about the night before. On Saturday night, May 18, WWI will present the ‘Texas Shootout’. We will be at the famous Sportatorium in Dallas, TX. The show will air, at 8:00 PM, on WOR, KTVT, Prism, NESN, and other stations.Check your local listings. The 60 minutes will be packed with action. The World Champion, Tatsumi Fujinami, will be in action, as will, his challenger, Kerry Von Erich. This night will whet your appetite for the big show the next day. Stay tuned for more information.”

The Road Warriors w/Paul Ellering vs. Johnny Rodz and Jose Estrada
The Road Warriors are running over everyone, and to many people’s surprise, the fans are cheering them. Rodz and Estrada are wily veterans, so this should be interesting. Animal,and Rodz start the action. Johnny Plays hit, and run, so he can survive. Animal traps him in the corner, and dishes out punishment. It looks bad for Rodz, but he escapes, and tags in Estrada. Hawk comes in, and continues the attack. Estrada gives a good account of himself, but the doomsday device wins for the Warriors.

Tom Zenk vs. Maya Singh w/Kevin Sullivan and the Purple Haze
Young Tom Zenk is an up and comer, but he is taking a chance against Singh. Sullivan shouts instructions in some foreign tongue. Singh seems to understand. He is very aggressive, and Zenk is in trouble. Tom is able to fight his way out of the corner. Singh is now in retreat. Zenk hits a dropkick, and staggers Singh. Zenk tries another, but Singh blocks it. That was the break he needed. Singh applies an armlock, and Zenk quickly submits. Singh will not release the hold. Referee Bronko Lubich threatens to disqualify Singh. Sullivan pulls him off Zenk. Tom appears to be injured.
Winner-Maya Singh
