Scott Steiner w/Billy Kidman in his corner takes on Buddy Landell in a back and forth contest that saw Budro try to use every dirty trick in the book. Scotty’s throws and suplexes are a bit too much for Landell to overcome, and he tastes defeat after a beautiful Head&Arm trapped Suplex with a floatover.
After the contest Scott and Billy stop by with Mauro and Scott says that we are in the heart of Steiner country, and that this Sunday when his brother gets back, in their home away from home, the Joe, that Hell on Wheels is going straight to Hell!

We return from break and Mauro Ranallo is joined by President James J. Dillon, who has been hearing a lot of rumblings about unrest in the GenX Division. About Dean Malenko not being stripped, about Scorpio getting the title shot, well boys, Dean Malenko won that title fair and square, and if someone doesn’t like him being the champion, then do something about it! Impress me, impress Magnum, impress the Championship committee and then beat him! That’s why at Halloween Havoc, what we feel to be the top 4 GenX Division stars will be competing in one on one contests, they will be given their chance to impress me.
Rey Mysterio will meet Christian Cage
Lance Storm will meet Kid Dynamite Koji Kanemoto
And boys, if Scorpio fails to get the job done, Mr. Malenko will be returning at the Thanksgiving Thunder Clash of Champions, so if you don’t like things, do something about them!

Match 2
Psychosis and La Parka defeated The Masked Crusaders in a high paced back and forth contest after La Parka dropped Crusader #1 down from his bear hug just enough for Psychosis to hit him with his patent top rope Guillotine Leg Drop.
.
.
Match 3
David Taylor and Johnny Boy Smith, the British Bruisers took on Brad Armstrong and Erik Watts in a hard hitting tag team encounter that had many changes in momentum and saw some great action. Taylor and Smith’s gritty style grounded and pounded the veteran WCW duo, but Brad was all heart and fought through Taylor’s attempted Regal Stretch version of the STF. Unfortunately for him his partner could not escape the dangerous clutches of Johnny’s Northern Lights Arm Trapped Exploder and bridge for the pinfall in a long tv match.

Winner Picks Stips for Tag Title Match at Halloween Havoc
Jerry Sags of the Nasty Boys and Tony Anthony of Southern Justice went toe to toe and battled it out in a vicious, fist fight of a wrestling match. Just as Col. Parker was set to make a difference THE AMERICAN DREAM DUSTY RHODES came to ringside and stopped him, allowing Sags to hit his top rope Elbow Drop on DWB for the victory!
After the bout, Knobbs joined Sags in a huddle with the Dream, and they were ready to announce their stipulations right now. Col. Parker’s face turned white as a ghost as they announced that ROB PARKER WOULD BE HANDCUFFED TO DUSTY RHODES AT RINGSIDE!!!

The Stinger and the Nature Boy and his Woman have joined us in the ring, and are fired up about Halloween Havoc, as they prepare to enter Thunderdome against ‘Ravishing’ Rick Rude and the Heavyweight Champion of the World Curt Hennig. Sting says that there has been a lot of talk about history building up to this main event, but the Stinger is tired of that talk. He is looking to make history alongside the Nature Boy. And it doesn’t matter who Hennig and Rude select as their Terminator, because they won’t be able to save them from the whooping that is in store for the duo.
WOOOOOOO! Here we are, just 6 days away. And boys, I hope yall are ready, cause Naitch and the Stinger certainly are. We told you to think about it like this, how does it feel it enter a match that you CANT WIN and we CANT LOSE?! HUH? HOW’S IT FEEL? But ya know for all our big talk, the Stinger and I haven’t been able to find a Terminator. We have found something better, and no boys, it ain't this fine lady right here either, though she wouldn't be a bad choice… WE FOUND AN ENFORCER!
DOUBLE A, The ECW Heavyweight Champion, Ric Flair’s cousin, the man who defeated him at the ECW/WCW Showdown in Charlotte appears on the Big Screen! Ya know something, The Enforcer is certainly no stranger to the steel. I was at ringside for the very first Thunderdome, and I know exactly what Sting and Flair are willing to do when locked up like caged animals. In my years atop ECW, I have come to know Rick Rude quite well. He is a helluva athlete, and a great champion. But a savage he ain’t. People ask, “why help out your cousin Ric now, Arn?” Well the answer is because we are family. There have been a hundred times over the course of our lives that I haven’t liked Ric very much, but I’ve always loved him, I’ve always looked out for him. But if you think that means Double A has developed a sensitive side, or a weak stomach, and will take pity on Sting or even my own cousin, you are wrong. I made double damn sure that Sting and Flair knew what they were asking. Did they really know what they were getting into, because when push comes to shove Rick Rude and Curt Hennig, you will have to cut off my hand to get this here towel out of it. Ric Flair and Sting are ready to die for their beliefs, to bleed for their principles, and they know what kind of sick and twisted mind they asked to be their Terminator, good for them, and bad for you.
WOOOOOOOO! OWWWWWWWWWWW!

The Champ and the Ravishing One have joined Mauro Ranallo, and yea they heard what Banana Nose and the KISS reject had to say. They heard what Anderson had to say, and they talk big, but do they really think that Rude and Hennig are going to ask their Mommy or Daddy to be their terminator? A bleeding heart who will take pity on them? The way everyone is talking, the fans at the Joe should bring a pillow because Thunderdome might not ever end. Our Terminator is the baddest dude walking planet Earth today, he will not be intimidated, he will not be surprised, and he will not throw in the towel!
.
.
Tony, Dusty, and Larry say that the main event for Halloween Havoc has certainly gotten more interesting now. Larry and Dusty know Arn Anderson very well, and if the Enforcer says there is nothing that can make him throw in that towel, they believe him. That being said, Scott Norton doesn’t spend his days off flipping pancakes for the elderly, he is not the most sensitive man on the planet either. Dusty says that for the first time in a very long time, he seriously has no idea how, or if, the Main Event will end this Sunday. Tony then sends it to Mauro Ranallo and Magnum T.A. in the Control Center for the entire Halloween Havoc card!

MAIN EVENT

Two former champions who are used to being at the pinnacle of the sport are locking up for the first time in singles action, and began the contest tentatively, but things really started to heat up when Martel started to dirty this one up. Halfway through the bout the United States Champion Ricky Steamboat made his way to ringside, which seemed to fluster both competitors. But Luger got his head back into the game and took the fight to Martel. Enough so that he tried to escape, only to be thrown back in by Steamboat! As Martel was having words with Steamboat he turned right into a flying Bionic Forearm by Luger, who rolled him up tight and picked up the win!
After the bout, Martel went to the floor and right after Steamboat! While they were duking it out on the floor, Luger was getting a good laugh at things inside the ring, only to have each foot grabbed by his Halloween Havoc opponents, and he became the recipient of a double chop to the chest! Now we have a three way brawl to close the show!
