He suspects the team they beat for the belts The Uptown Boys will have something to say on the matter as well. We'll also be hearing from another newcomer to the Central States area in His Lordship Johnny Saint. Sgt. Slaughter will be in action against Roger "Nature Boy" Kirby and in our huge Main Event this evening; the fate of the Television Championship will be decided as the monstrous MEB weighing 600 pounds will face off against former Central States and Tag Team Champ Ted Oates weighing in at 220 lbs. A very busy hour of action coming up. Stay with us; we'll be back with our first match of the hour right after this.

Match: The Iron Sheik w/ Sheik Abdullah vs. Jim Brunzell
Referee: Sonny Myers
Sheik Abdullah is at ringside giving ring announcer Terry Garvin the business as we join this one in progress. "Jumping" Jim Brunzell gives The Iron Sheik a tough time early on, but Sheiky uses his superior strength to chop and stomp the fight out of the young high flyer. After getting dominated for a bit, Brunzell seems to be on the verge of making a comeback when he whips Iron Sheik into the ropes, but the former WWF Champ puts on the breaks grabbing the top rope and "Jumping" Jim hits a dropkick that catches nothing but air. It's a mistake that costs him as the Iron Sheik is right there with several clubbing blows to the back of his recovering opponent before locking in the Camel Clutch for the Submission victory.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
Back from break Shiek Abdullah is still inside the ring with The Iron Sheik whom he is telling us will be the next Central States Champ! That Buzz Tyler is a bum! Beneath the concern of the Sheik's Army! And further proof that the fans in this area no nothing! Cheer for a bum and be a bum! That's the American way!
Iron Sheik then gets on the microphone and tells the camera man to zoom! The Sheik has something important to say. And number one on thata list is Iran is number one! America haaack phoooey! The fans in this arena hack phooooey! And most importantly Buzz Tyler hack phoooey! Iron Sheik will beat them all.
The Central States Champion however has apparently had enough and makes his way to the ring with "Bulldog" Bob Brown. Buzz Tyler says that the Sheiks might talk a good game. And sure ol' Buzz Tyler might be short on a catchphrase or two; but the one thing he doesn't come up short on is the ability to beat down every challenger that's come after his Title. And Iran Sheik baby, you aren't going to be any different. But he ain't just going to hand him a shot at the Title. He isn't in his backward home country anymore. Here in America you have to work for what you want. And being he knows a fair fight with the Sheik's Army is pretty much out of the question; he's brought himself some back-up in a man these Central States fans know quite well; "Bulldog" Bob Brown! Now if he wants that Title shot, what Buzz Tyler wants is a match right here next week. The Iron Sheik and Sheik Abdullah against him and Bob Brown. If they win they'll get their Title shot.
Sheik Abdullah says that this is unacceptable! He is no wrestler! This is notta fair! But Iron Sheik takes the microphone and tells Bud Tyla he's on!
COMMERCIAL BREAK
Back from break Kevin Wall sends us to a video tribute for CSW legend and Missouri Champion Harley Race.
Advertising for next week's Thursday show with Kevin Wall at Memorial Hall in Kansas City, Missouri! The Easy Riders may have won the CSW Tag-Team Titles from the Uptown Boys; but can they keep them? We'll find that out as The Uptown Boys get their rematch for the Titles! Also in action His Lordship Johnny Saint who will face Brian Blair, making his CSW debut! Sgt. Slaughter will be in action as will Missouri Champion Harley Race! And if all that action wasn't enough; Central States Champion "Avalanche" Buzz Tyler will team with "Bulldog" Bob Brown against the team of The Iron Sheik and Sheik Abdullah the Great. And if they win this one, The Iron Sheik will get a shot at the Central States Championship! Tickets are on sale right now at the Kansas City, Memorial Hall box office, TicketMaster Outlets, Famous Barn Stores, Regal Sports Team; or by phone call Dial Tix right now 644-1700! Don't forget tickets on sale $5, $6, $7; and $8. Air-Conditioned Memorial Hall. The action will be hot and heavy. Now with the new Tag-Team Champions "Maniac" Matt Borne and "Killer" Jim Morris, The Easy Riders whom Wall welcomes, though he's going to refrain from calling either of these two men gentlemen. Many are saying they should be stripped of their Titles.
Borne: Wah, wah, wah! Nothing but a bunch of panty waisted babies is what "The Maniac" calls these so-called fans here in Central States! They claim him and Morris cheated? Well then why are they still holding the gold? Why have their tactics proven so effective? Well Jim are we gonna tell them why?!
Morris: Simple fact is Walnut, what the people in this arena call cheatin' is really just innovation. They don't know what it takes to be successful in this business. Or in life. They want us out here kissing babies, shaking hands; maybe even doing a dumb ol' dance. But he's got news for those folks. "Killer" Jim Morris don't dance. He don't play games. And neither does "Maniac" Matt Borne. They kick ass and head to the pay windah.
Borne: That's exactly it Jim. And last week we hit the jackpot walking out of that arena the CSW Champions! Now if The Uptown Girls want their little rematch next week? Well that's fine too! Cause it just means they get another opportunity at doing what they do best; hurting people and cashing checks.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
Another ad for next Thursday's show, this time Kevin Wall is with Johnny Saint who will face his toughest challenge to date in CSW next week in Brian Blair. Saint quickly corrects Kevin however and says that he will be addressed as His Lordship Johnny Saint his proper Title. And that's right. Brian Blair, a mere peasant will be his toughest challenge here to date in the Central States area. Which just proves that those cowards in the back know what everyone back home in the most glorious country in the world, England; already know. And that's that Americans, particularly in this sport still fear the British. Which is why if we hadn't been too ignorant to notice, His Lordship Johnny Saint wasn't allowed to participate in this farce of a TV Title Tournament. But no matter, because whether it's the fat dumb American MEB or the thinner one Ted Otis; one thing is assured. And that's they will not keep Johnny Saint away from the Television Title here for long. Just look what befell poor Jim Gorman earlier this evening.
Indeed, while Wall may not like his flowery speech or sardonic tone; one thing can be said for certain and that's Johnny Saint (His Lordship Kevin) more than held his own against Jim Gorman this past Thursday as we'll see next. We hear Saint telling that dolt Kevin Wall that he already said that as a clip plays of His Lordship Johnny Saint dominating Jim Gorman this past Tuesday before finishing him off with a double knee lift. He's just as arrogant in the ring as he is outside of it.
Kevin Wall then sends us to our next match with referee Tom Andrews.
Match: Sgt. Slaughter vs. Roger Kirby
Roger Kirby gives Sgt. Slaughter a tough fight here and has him down on several occasions. When he traps Slaughter in a rear headlock down on the mat however the fans rally behind Sarge who fights his way out; whips "The Nature Boy" across the ring and takes him up and over with a front powerslam before locking in the dreaded Patriot Clutch! Kirby fights it for a couple seconds before tapping out.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
Another advertisement for Thursday's show, this time with The Uptown Boys who're pissed about their losing their Titles last week. They're both fired up and tell us how they both know just as well as the Central States fans know they were cheated out of the belts right here last week. And they agree they should be stripped of the Titles, but being that doesn't seem to be happening Marty Jannetty and Tommy Rogers will be more than happy to get some payback next week. See, the Easy Riders might like their easy wins, their underhanded tactics. Hell, cheating might be the only way they can win. But that's okay because the Uptown Boys can play it just as dirty and just as mean as Borne and Morris. And they promise the Central States fans come hell or high water next week they'll be winning those Titles back for them.
Kevin Wall then sends us to the main event, where your referee for this evening is Dave Nevins.
Main Event for the TV Title: MEB w/ Sheik Abdullah vs. Ted Oates
Ted Oates is looking good in this one and has the CSW fans firmly in his corner as he takes the fight right to the monstrous MEB whom he pounds across the ring. We're told that the Championship Committee has banned everyone except MEB's manager Sheik Abdullah the Great from the ring for this one, but Terry Garvin thinks even that's one man too many. Indeed is does seem that way as the Sheik distracts Oates several times during the match, including reaching into the ring and throwing MEB's foot on the bottom rope after Ted hit a diving knee drop that should've won the match.
MEB gets his pound of flesh however, even biting Ted at one point while trapping the former CSW Champ in the corner. The ref warns the Beast; but MEB just smiles sadistically at Nevins while the Sheik barks his orders from ringside. Trapping MEB in the corner Oates begins hammering MEB with punches, but the big man clocks him with a headbutt! He then turns the tables and begins battering Ted into the corner! He then runs back and is about to hit a Body Avalanche! Oates sees it coming and attempts to dodge!... But someone has his foot?!
It's Sheik Abdullah! And as Ted attempts to kick him off, he gets nailed from behind with the Avalanche by MEB who scoops up his prey and hits a Sidwalk Slam! He makes the cover! 1! 2!...
3! MEB is the new Television Champion! Sheik Abdullah enters the ring to celebrate while MEB stays on all fours foaming at the mouth over Ted Oates and glares at the camera while Sheik Abdullah accepts the Title on his behalf.
We're outta time!
