Boyd Pierce: “Welcome friends to another episode of Mid South Wrestling, the King of Sports! And now with an update on some recent title changes, I give you Bill Watts!
Bill Watts: “Thank you Boyd Pierce, and fans we indeed have two important updates on the title picture here in the Mid-South, and let me start by announcing that we have NEW Mid South tag team champions, as Jack Brisco and Dory Funk Jr put their family differences aside and have defeated the Midnight Express, and as for the TV title, Terry Taylor faced Buddy Roberts in Baton Rouge August 27, and fans you will want to stay tuned because not only do we have footage of that match, but wait until you see what happens after the title changes hands. One title, however has not changed hands, Boyd Pierce, and that is the North American Heavyweight title currently held by Magnum TA. I think the fans will agree with me that in my mind, Magnum TA has gone from the gutty underdog who against all odds won the North American Championship to a champion who everyone in wrestling fears. Magnum will be taking the ring later this hour.
Boyd: “Fans lets go to Jim Ross with the announce of our first match this week.
ANGELO MOSCA + KILLER KHAN w/Ken “Millionaire” Mantell v TONY GAREA + RICKIE LEE VAUGHN
Mantell walks around the ring in a tuxedo waving hundred dollar bills and taunting the fans with them. Garea shows why he is a former WWF tag team champion, and tags out to Rickie Lee who is enthusiastic and game but just as much green and gets crushed by Mantell's monsters.
WINNERS: ANGELO MOSCA + KILLER KHAN w/ Ken "Millionaire" Mantell
Mantell and Co. go visit Watts.
Ken Mantell: “Take a look at these stacks of cash, Bill Watts. And take a look at these men behind me, Angelo Mosca, 330 pounds, and Killer Khan the madman from Mongolia. No one can stop these men, and because of that and my cash, no one can stop ME, Wrestling's True Millionaire, Ken Mantell. And Bill Watts, I can tell you are overwhelmed but what I have to say, but I have more. Next week on this very program, I will reveal the newest member of the Mantell Corporation, and on top of that, I currently have made a standing offer to one of the TOP WRESTLING SUPERSTARS IN THE BUSINESS. I know that superstar is listening right now and to him I have to say this:
"You know who you are, and when you hear everything I have to say, you will think of no other alternative but to sign on the dotted line, and join these men here in domination of Mid South Wrestling. Why, Bill Watts, if you tow the line, I might even hire YOU.
Bill Watts: "Ken Mantell I can assure you despite you and your bragging about being a millionaire I would never work for another man, especially you, at any price.
Boyd: “And fans, who would want to try and give orders to that man, Bill Watts? We will be back after these words.

Bill: “Hacksaw Jim Doogan closed the final chapter on his involvement with the likes of Ted DiBiaws this summer, what is next for this incredible athlete.

Bill Watts: “Fans, as mentioned before we have an new Mid South Television champion. Terry Taylor has been one of the most exciting and popular athletes here in Mid South Wrestling. Recently he defended the title again Buddy Roberts, who over the month of August and September entered the area, and compiled an impressive enough win-loss record to earn a title opportunity. In hindsight Boyd it appears that Robert’s recent campaign was just a front for a bigger invasion of Mid-South Wrestling. Ill let the pictures tell the story from here.

. . . . . MICHAEL HAYES AND TERRY GORDY! THE FREEBIRDS ARE HERE IN BATON ROUGE! Hayes distracts the ref and then tries to trip Taylor, Taylor is distracted allowing Roberts to sneak up behind Taylor, roll him up for title!
Taylor is incensed, and punches out Roberts, AND HERE COMES HAYES AND GORDY, AND TAYLOR FIGHTS VALIANTLY, BUT IS QUICKLY OVERWHELMED BY ALL THREE FREEBIRDS! GORDY LEAPS ON TOP OF TAYLORS KNEE OVER AND OVER AGAIN, AND FINALLY, JUNKYARD DOG, MAGNUM TA AND HACKSAW DUGGAN CHASE OUT THE BIRDS, WHO ARE BOOED OUT OF THE BUILDING, but Taylor has to be carried out on a stretcher! THIS IS A DISGRACE! Back to Boyd and Bill!

Bill Watts: “Now an update, Terry Taylor has been seriously injured at the hands of the Freebirds and we are not sure when he will return to wrestling, we wish him well.
"But let me just tell everyone something RIGHT NOW. While I cant do anything about Buddy Roberts winning the Mid South TV title one thing I wont tolerate are these no-good Freebird THUGS, PUNKS, GANG MEMBERS, call them what you may, just walking unbooked into a Mid South wrestling card and injuring and running out one of the top stars of this promotion or any wrestler for that matter. We all know the Freebirds are good at beating up a wrestler 3 on 1, and if they are such tough guys, I suggest they face me, one on one, belly to belly NEXT WEEK if they have any intentions of STAYING in Mid South Wrestling.
Boyd: “The gauntlet has been laid by Bill Watts. Magnum TA inn action when we return, fans stay tuned!

Magnum: “Bill Watts, it is clear that Michael Hayes and the Freebirds have returned to declare war on Mid South Wrestling. Terry Taylor is a good friend of mine, and let me tell the Freebirds, boys if you have the guts to come back and answer for what you did, that if you want a war, Magnum TA is not a hard man to find, Im here and ready to take all you gotta give.
"Its one thing to attack a young up and coming wrestler 3 on 1 after he wrestled a tough title match. Michael Hayes, if any one of you or your goons want to face a man one on one, to his face, then dial me up, because if this man Bill Watts leaves anything left of you if you show up next week, Magnum TA will give you all you can handle.
