Lowrance, “Welcome to ‘Championship Sports” and ‘Saturday Night Wrestling’. We have an exciting 90 minutes of action for you tonight. You will see Chris Adams defend the Television Title against, the man from Macao, the Magic Dragon.and our main event will feature a tag team match between the Long Riders and the team of Al Madril and Jose Lothario. We will also talk about the big show at the State Fair of Texas. Let’s get things underway with Mike Von Erich in action.Let’s go to Joe Rinelli.”
Match #1
Mike Von Erich vs. Mike Miller
The youngest wrestling Von Erich takes on the tough veteran from Loranger, LA, Miller is very aggressive early and Mike is in trouble.Von Erich fights back and the Ft. Worth crowd is behind him. He uses the Victory Roll for the win.
Winner-Mike Von Erich
Marc Lowrance is in the ring with Chris Adams.
Lowrance, “With me is the Television Champion. Chris, you meet the Magic Dragon in a few moments, but I want to ask you about Gary Hart. He has been ‘scouting’ your matches. Do you know anything about this?”
Adams, “I don't know what he is doing. Gary Hart is one of the greatest managers in the sport, so I know he’s up to something.”
Lowrance, “It’s interesting you call him a great manager. He is a known rule breaker.”
Adams, “He is, but that doesn’t mean he’s not smart and his men are successful.”
Lowrance, “Some very interesting comments from Chris Adams.”

World Class Television Championship
“Gentleman” Chris Adams (Champion) vs. The Magic Dragon
Before the match begins Gary Hart comes out with a notebook and sits ringside. The bell rings and the unorthodox Dragon goes to work. His martial arts skills are very good, but Adams can match him with his judo skills. The Dragon has his moments, but Adams hits the Super Kick for the win. Gary Hart looks very pleased at ringside.

Skip Young vs. The Missing Link w/General Skandor Akbar
The popular Dallas native, Skip Young takes on the strange Missing Link. The Link stalks around the ring and slams his head into the turnbuckles. The bell rings and the match is on. Young tries to wrestle, but the Link will have none of it and the match turns into a brawl. Both men end up brawling on the floor. Referee David Manning’s count reaches 20 and both men are counted out.
Result-Double Count Out
Marc Lowrance is with Gary Hart and the Great Kabuki.
Lowrance, “With me is ‘Playboy’ Gary Hart. Mr. hart, again, you were scouting Chris Adams’ match. Why?”
Hart, “I’m going to give you a ‘scoop’ Lawrance. Chris Adams is a great wrestler.”
Lowrance, “Well that’s not news. Are you interested in managing him, or are you scouting him as an opponent?”
Hart, “I’ve told you all I am going to tell you.”
Lowrance, “Alright, the Great Kabuki will take on Johnny Mantell in our next match.”
Match #4
Johnny Mantell vs. The Great Kabuki w/”Playboy” Gary Hart
Kabuki goes through his ritual and spits the green mist into the air. Mantell waits patiently. The bell rings and they lock up. The unpredictable Kabuki is tough to wrestle. Mantell fares well. He roughs up the man from Singapore, but it doesn’t last long. Kabuki uses his martial arts skills and ends the match with thrust kick.
Winner-The Great Kabuki
Kerry, Kevin and Mike Von Erich are with Marc Lowrance.
Lowrance, “With are the Von Erichs. Gentleman, you are going to be very busy in the coming days. Kerry and Kevin, you have a big tag team match tonight and the big State Fair show is coming up,and on top of all that, the World Six Man Tag Team Champions appear to be on their way to Texas.”
Kevin, “We are busy Marc, but that’s the way we want it. We want those six man titles back and each one of us want a singles title. All we have to do is get our chance.”
Kerry, “We hear those Canadians are tough, but they haven’t wrestled the Von Erichs yet.”
Mike, “That’s right! I’m so proud to be wrestling with my brothers and we want those titles!”
Lowrance, “The Von Erichs are poised for action, now let’s go to the ring for our tag team main event.”
Main Event, Two out of Three Falls, 30 minute time limit
The Long Riders w/Skandor Akbar vs. Jose Lothario and Al Madril
First Fall-The Irwins are angry over losing both their titles and their masks. The veteran Lothario and Al Madril may pay a price for that. The early moments are all Long Riders. They tag in and out and dish out punishment. Madril mounts a brief comeback, but Scott Irwin lands a big boot on Lothario for the win.
Winners-The Long Riders
Second Fall-Lothario and Madril have their backs to the wall. They come out fighting and we have a war. All four men are in and out of the ring. Lothario and Bill Irwin, who are the legal men, are battling on the floor. Referee David Manning is counting. Before his count reaches 20, Lothario dives into the ring. Bill Irwin has been counted out. The veteran has outsmarted the Long Riders. Akbar argues, to no avail, the match is even.
Winners-Jose Lothario and Al Madril (Count Out)
Third Fall-The Long Riders are incensed. They come out with both guns blazing. Akbar shouts instructions and Lothario and Madril are in trouble. The end comes when Bill Irwin drops a knee on Lothario for the win.
Winners-The Long Riders
Marc Lowrance closes the show.
Lowrance, “We see Gary Hart’s men in the ring and the Von Erichs are on their way. Remember, if you come out to the Coliseum on Monday nights, you can see matches that are not televised. Join us next week, Chris Adams will defend the Television Title against the Missing Link and our main event will be Bobby Jaggers vs. Kerry Von Erich.”
Dark Match
Kerry and Kevin Von Erich vs. Gino Hernandez and “Hangman” Bobby Jaggers w/”Playboy” Gary Hart
The old line is, “This would be a main event in any area” rings true in this one. The bell rings and it’s Bobby Jaggers vs. Kevin Von Erich. Jaggers has been successful in many areas and makes Gary Hart’s group even more powerful. Jaggers has some success against Kevin, but Von Erich rallies and backs Bobby into the corner. This brings Gino in and Kerry follows. We have a pier six brawl. Referee Bronko Lubich gets things sorted out and it’s Kerry against Gino. The Champion works over the former World Champion in the corner. The crowd gets behind Kerry and he fights his way out of the corner. He whips Hernandez into corner and lands the Discus Punch. Hernandez goes down and Kerry covers him. Lubich counts 1...2...3! Kerry Von Erich has pinned the Champion! The Ft. Worth crowd goes crazy!
