Joey Styles: HELLO EVERYONE AND WELCOME TO WEDNESDAY NIGHT WARRIORS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m your host Joey Styles and I promise you that you are in for wrestling action like you have never seen before!!!!! At this time, please welcome my guest; he is the head of the NWA Championship Committee, former NWA World Heavyweight Champion Dory Funk Jr!!!!!!

Dory Funk, wearing a suit, a cowboy hat and carrying the NWA World Heavyweight Title belt walks down the aisle and climbs into the ring where he shakes Joey Styles hand.

Joey Styles: Mr. Funk it is an honor and a privilege to share the ring with you here this evening. I understand that you have an announcement to make that concerns that very title.

Dory Funk Jr.: Yes I do Joey, for almost a century, since 1905, holding this title belt means you are the very best wrestler in the world, and today we find the title vacant. In order to fill it, we have invited 10 of the very best in professional wrestling today to compete in a Round Robin Tournament, which will start here tonight, and continue both on this program and also on Sunday Night Meltdown. The ten wrestlers will be broken up into two divisions of five wrestlers each. The wrestlers will then face each other, within their division in singles matches. A victory awards you 2 points, a tie 1 point and a loss no points. In the end, the person with the most points in division 1 will face the person with the most points in division 2 at out Pay Per View extravaganza Starcade, December 26th from the Independence Arena in Charlotte, North Carolina!!!!!! And the tournament begins right NOW!!!!!!!!!

The bell sounds and Sabu wastes no time trying to dive right at the Kid’s legs. The Kid is able to stay away from Sabu’s dives and actually catches Sabu pretty good in the mouth with one of his lightning fast kicks.

Joey Styles: Sabu better be careful, the Kid is dangerous with those feet and can knock anyone out with a well placed kick!!!


Sabu jumps to his feet and slaps The Kid in the mouth!!!! The Kid doesn’t like that one bit and the two start to brawl in the center of the ring!!! Sabu takes the upper hand and whips The Kid into the ropes, but the Kid comes back and catches Sabu flush with a Spinning Heel

Kick that sends Sabu flying to the mat!!! Sabu gets to his feet, with his back to the ropes and The Kid greets him with a standing dropkick that sends Sabu over the top rope to the concrete floor below!!!


As Sabu slowly rises to his feet, the Kid hits the ropes and catches Sabu with a baseball slide that sends Sabu down again. The Kid then sets up, grabbing onto the top rope, and once Sabu is to his feet again The Kid springs out of the ring with a somersault plancha that brings the crowd to their feet!!!!!!


The Kid rolls Sabu back into the ring, jumps up on the apron and using the top rope, springs himself back into the ring and onto Sabu!!! The Kid makes our first cover!!!

Sabu is up against the ropes as the Kid unloads lightning fast chops!!!! The Kid whips Sabu across the ring into the ropes, but Sabu leaps onto the middle rope and springboards off back at The Kid with a cross body block!!!!! Sabu then locks the Camel Clutch onto the Kid!!!!

Joey Styles: The Camel Clutch a move made famous by Sabu’s uncle the infamous Sheik!!!!! We have to take a commercial break, we’ll keep recording!!!!

Sabu pushes his way past the referee and kicks at The Kid!!!! Sabu the launches the Kid through the middle rope to the floor and climb the turnbuckles. As the Kid slowly get to his feet Sabu launches himself off the top turnbuckle onto the Kid!!!!!! But Sabu isn’t done, he climbs back on the apron and then spring boards off with an Asai Moonsault onto the Kid!!!!! Sabu rolls the Kid back in, and this has to be it!!!! Sabu covers!!!!

Sabu is freaking out, and he has had enough. The Maniac from Bombay slides out of the ring and grabs a steel chair, but Kevin Sullivan stops him and talks him out of using it. Sullivan gets the chair from Sabu and tells him to get back in the ring and finish the Kid. Sabu finally makes his way back in, and reaches down to pick the Kid up, WHEN THE KID SHOCKS EVERYONE BY PULLING SABU INTO AN INSIDE CRADLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Kid tries to battle back throwing kicks and chops at Sabu, Sabu tries to whip The Kid into the ropes, but the Kid reverses it and then catches Sabu with a leaping leg lariat!!!! The Kid bounces of the ropes and drops a lightning quick leg drop on Sabu. The Kid tries for the pin!!

The Kid pulls Sabu up and grabs a rear waist lock, but Sabu quickly counters, grabs a rear waist lock, pops the hips and dumps the Kid on his head with a German Suplex, which Joey calls an Arabian Suplex, full release!!!! Sabu then drags The Kid to the middle of the ring, climbs the ropes and hits a Somersault Legdrop, the Arabian Facebuster on The Kid. Sabu covers!!

Kevin Sullivan climbs into the ring still holding the chair that Sabu tried to bring into the ring and WAFFLES The Kid with it!!!!!!!!! Sullivan lifts the Kid up and hangs him upside down in the corner as Sabu sets the chair up in the middle of the ring!!! Sabu takes off, jumps off the chair and crashes into The Kid with a heel kick!!!! Sabu kneels in the middle of the ring and points to the sky.


Joey Styles: Those two men are crazy!!! They are totally insane!!! With that win, Sabu receives 2 points in Division One, and the Kid receives a goose egg. Now let’s go to the back and Missy Hyatt who is with Colonel Robert Parker and former NWA World Heavyweight Champion Tommy Rich!!!!

Missy Hyatt is standing in the back with Parker and Rich.

Missy Hyatt Thank you Joey Styles, Colonel Parker tonight, your man, former NWA World Champion Tommy Rich, will face the mysterious Undertaker in a NWA Title Tournament Match, how do you prepare to face a man like The Undertaker?

Colonel Parker: I beg your pardon little girl, but what that Undertaker fella needs to be asking himself, Missy Hyatt, I know you are just a filly and you don’t understand thing, but the question ya’ll should be askin , is how The Undertaker is going to deal with a man like Tommy Rich, here. Cause ya see, Tommy Rich once held that 10 pounds gold when he was just a young strapping lad, and now he is ten times the wrassler he was back then . Undertaker I feel sorry for you boy, because Tommy loves to hurt people like a hog loves slop and tonight Tommy gonna do what he loves best. Then at Starcade he’s gonna win that NWA World Title for a second time.

Tommy Rich: THAT RIGHT PARKER!!!!! Undertaker ya FREAK!!! I don’t care bout no creatures of the night, or spooky music, or any of that CRAP!!!! Do you know who I am boy??? I’m Wildfire Tommy Rich, Heartthrob a millions and millions a chicks worldwide!!! I gotta body like a gawd and a face that looks like it was carved from marble, so what if I got some scars CHICKS DIG SCARS!!!!!! And you know that Missy, you know what The Wildfire’s ALL ABOUT!!!!! Joey Styles: The brother duo of Billy and Bart Gunn are looking for tag team glory here in the National Wrestling Alliance. Hopefully we will soon learn from NWA representative Dory Funk Jr. about the future of the World Tag Team Titles.

15 MINUTE TIME LIMIT

The Gunn brothers draw a dangerous assignment on our debut show as they have to face the well decorated and well traveled team of The Orient Express. Billy and Kato start the match and trade standing armbars, and hammerlocks until Billy is able to grab and rear waist lock and roll Kato up for a quick two count. Kato gets to his feet and grabs Billy by the hair and pulls him into a headlock.

Billy fires some hard forearm shots into Kato’s kidneys until Kato loosens the hold allowing Billy to fire Kato off into the ropes and hit him with a HIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGH backdrop!!!!! Kato scrambles to his feet and gets caught with a scoop slam. Kato quickly rolls over to his corner and tags out to Pat Tanaka while Billy tags out to Bart.


The two men lock up in the center of the ring and Bart Irish whips Tanaka across the ring, Bart tries for a backdrop but Tanaka leap frogs it, Bart tries for a back elbow, but Tanaka ducks it, and then Tanaka answers back with a running dropkick that sends Bart flying to the mat!


Tanaka tags out to Kato and they double whip Bart into the ropes and then hit Bart with a double backdrop!!!! Kato then tries for a cover, but only gets a two count. Kato then tags back out to Tanaka. Kato pins Bart’s arms behind his back and then Tanaka plasters Bart with a standing savate kick!!!!

Another cover attempt once again gets a two count. Tanaka then locks in a nerve hold to try and wear Bart down some more. Bart fights to his feet, but before he can break away, Tanaka chops him back down to the ground, and quickly tags out to Kato. They whip Bart into the ropes and hit a double stun gun, dropping Bart’s neck across the top rope!!!!!!


Kato makes the cover!!!!

BILLY JUMPS INTO THE RING AND BREAKS UP THE COUNT!!!!!!!

Referee Bill Alfonso is yelling at Billy telling him to get out of the ring, while his back is turned the Orient Express Tanaka illegally enters the ring, Kato grabs a rear waist lock as Tanaka hits Bart with a Savate Kick and the Kato hits the German Suplex on Bart. Kato bridges!!! Alfonso turns around to make the count!!!!

Kato tags out to Tanaka and then whips Bart into the ropes, they try for a double clothesline, but Bart ducks it and comes back with desperation cross body block on both men!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Billy is on the apron begging Bart to make the tag. Tanaka and Kato are a little dazed as they try and get to their feet. Kato realizes what’s going on and tries to stop him, but Bart leaps toward the corner AND MAKES THE HOT TAG!!!!!


Billy comes in a house of fire!!!! He unloads on Kato with rapid punches, Tanaka tries to rush Billy put gets the same treatment as Kato. Billy then launches Kato out of the ring and grabs hold of Tanaka. Billy whips Tanaka into the ropes and catches him with a powerslam!!!!! Billy makes the cover !!!

Billy spills over the top to the cold hard concrete floor below!!!! Kato picks the limp Billy up and rolls him back into the ring as referee Alfonso yells at Kato for his interference!!! Tanaka makes a quick pin attempt!!

Billy crashes down on Kato and goes for the cover!!!

Missy Hyatt: Ted Dibiase, I’m confused, if you are in the NWA World Title Tournament, then why is you bodyguard Big Bubba in it too?

Ted Dibiase: Missy, Missy, Missy, you do indeed have a million dollar body, but everyone can also see that you have a half cent brain! Mr. Rogers is more than just my bodyguard, he is also my INSURANCE POLICY!!!! He’s in the tournament to make sure no one else makes it out of Division 2 to face me after I win Division 1.

Big Bubba Rogers: That’s right, Mr. Dibiase has paid me quite a bit of money for my service and I am going to make damn sure I earn every cent of it, and I’ll start tonight with Ron Simmons.

I am rich in ring prowess, flush with technical skill and extremely well off when it comes to wrestling ability!!!! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! Listen to me little man, I have bought the best that money can buy, if I want it I buy it, well I may not be able to buy the NWA World Heavyweight Championship but that isn’t going to stand in my way because I am going to do everything in my power to TAKE IT!!!! It doesn’t matter which one of you two win tonight, because you both still have to face me, and I promise you, no one has what it takes to defeat The Million Dollar Man!!! Tommy Rich and Colonel Robert Parker are standing in the ring and Rich is yelling at ringside fans thrusting his hips at some young lady at ringside, promising to take her home and treat her like she wants to home and treat her like she wants to be treated.

Joey Styles: Tommy Rich still thinks it’s 1979 and his poster is hanging on the wall of every school girls bedroom, but the only place Rich’s picture is hanging up is on the wall of all the Chinese buffets with a note saying “DON’T LET THIS MAN IN!!!!”

Undertaker, led by Paul Bearer slowly makes his way to the ring as smoke fills the arena. As Taker reaches the ring, he raises his arms and the lights come up. In the ring, Tommy Rich is still running his mouth, yelling at Undertaker.

Joey Styles: Hopefully Undertaker shuts Rich’s mouth, but I’m not sure anyone can do that.

30 MINUTE TIME LIMIT

Rich tries to take the fight right at the Undertaker rushing up to him and throwing punches as soon as the bell rings, but Undertaker no sells all of it, Taker then starts to fire back with punches and knife edge thrust of his own. Taker backs Rich all the way across the ring to the ropes and fires off a haymaker that sends Rich flying out of the ring. Col Parker runs up to his charge and starts fan him with his handkerchief and demands a time out.

Rich stalls for several minutes, sticking his neck into the ring long enough to restart the ten count. When Rich finally climbs back into the ring, it’s to try and sneak attack the Undertaker, after several shots to Undertaker’s back the Dead Man answers back by blocking Rich’s next punch grabbing him by the throat and chokeslamming him!!!!! Parker reaches into the ring and pulls Rich out before Undertaker can try and cover him.

Undertaker has had enough and goes out of the ring to retrieve Rich. Taker bashes Parker and Rich’s heads together and then rolls Rich back into the ring. Undertaker climbs back in and tries to pick Rich up, but Rich blasts Rich with a hard right hand that shockingly staggers Taker!!! Rich is keeping his right hand close to his body, as he stalks the Undertaker, another shot with the right sends Taker staggering back to the corner. Rich follows Taker in and after several more punches with his right hand, Rich seems to hide something in his trunks. Rich pulls Undertaker out of the corner and whips him into the ropes, Rich then drops the Taker with a clothesline!!!!

Rich starts running his mouth and doesn’t see the Undertaker sitting up, once he does he starts to kick at the Undertaker, but the Dead Man refuses to stay down. Rich finally throws Undertaker through the ropes to the floor and then grabs the referee to distract him. On the outside, Col Parker gets some kicks in of his own before rolling the Undertaker back in. Rich goes for a cover, but only gets a 1 count.


Rich goes back into his tights, and pulls out whatever it was he hid there before. Rich clobbers Taker with a loaded right, and Taker staggers again. Rich tries to whip Undertaker into the ropes, but the Undertaker reverses it and then flattens Rich with a Big Boot!!! The impact of the boot to the face is so great it causes Rich’s arm to flail in the air and he throws the object up in the air and into the crowd!!!!! Undertaker pulls Rich to his feet and drags the former World Champion to the corner where Taker grabs Rich’s arm, climbs the ropes and walks across the top like a tight wire before launching himself off and bashing Rich in the head!!!!


Parker is yelling at Wildfire to get to his feet, but much to Parker’s chagrin, once Rich does get to his feet, he simply staggers into the waiting arms of the Undertaker who hits a Tombstone Piledriver. The rest is academic as Taker pins Rich for the 1-2-3 , the victory and 2 points in Division 2!!!!!!!!!

Bubba tries to whip Simmons into the ropes, but Simmons reverses it and then powerslams Bubba!!!! Simmons goes for a quick cover, but that isn’t going to cut it and he only gets a 1 count. Simmons pulls Bubba to his feet and whips him into the corner, where he follows Bubba in with a clothesline. Simmons then pulls Rogers out of the corner and bodyslams him to the mat. Simmons goes for a cover again, but just like last time only gets a 1 count.


Simmons is pulling Rogers to his feet when Rogers reaches up and rakes Simmons eyes!!! Rogers does it a second time, momentarily blinding Simmons. Rogers then clotheslines Simmons down to the mat. Rogers now in control, pulls Simmons up and piledrives him in the middle of the ring!!!!! Rogers covers!!

Simmons tries to get to his feet but the 350 pound Big Bubba Rogers just starts pounding on the former Florida Standout. Rogers grabs Simmons and run Simmons face across the top rope!!!! With Simmons unable to see Rogers has the full advantage. Rogers scoops Simmons up and hits a backbreaker, not once, not twice but three time!!!! Rogers then drags Simmons across the ring and drapes Simmons neck across the middle rope. Rogers then hits the opposite ropes to get himself a full head of steam and then comes crashing down across Simmons back!!!!! Rogers makes a cover

SIMMONS KICKS OUT!!!!

Rogers is irate and shows the referee how to count. He pulls Simmons to his feet and after pounding on him a bit, tries to whip him into the ropes again, but Simmons reverses and hits Rogers with a desperation spinebuster!!!!! Both men are down and out on the mat from this heavyweight slugfest!!!!!! It takes several seconds for the men to start to stir, once they do it doesn’t take long for them to get to their feet and resume their battle. Simmons and Rogers are trading punches like heavyweight boxers in the 12th round. Each shot is measured and each one staggers their opponent. Simmons starts to get the upper hand as his punches start to get faster, and Rogers stops answering back, soon Simmons has Rogers backed against the ropes and is unloading on him with haymakers until Rogers is finally hit with one that sends Rogers flying out of the ring to the cold hard concrete floor.

Simmons refuses to let up and follows Rogers out, both men then begin slugging it out on the floor and slamming each other’s head into the apron. Simmons whips Rogers into the steel ring barricade Simmons tries to follow up, but Rogers moves and Simmons crashes into the guardrail. Both men are struggling to get to their feet as the referee reaches 10 and counts both me out of the ring, making this match a draw and awarding both men 1 point!!!!!

Even though the bell is ringing, that doesn’t stop the fight as the two continue to battle on the outside of the ring, referees and wrestlers rush out of the back to pull the two men apart as Joey Styles sends up to a commercial break.

I don’t know what Dory Funk Jr. has planned for the NWA World Tag Team Titles, but these two men have to be looked at as early favorites to become the champions. As far as skill goes, these two men are evenly matched and many say are the best wrestlers in the world today and among the top five of all time. This is sure to be an instant classic.


The two men circle each other before locking up. The two then begin to trade holds, armbars, hammerlocks, and headlocks, no matter what one man puts on the other, it is reversed. Finally The Hitman grabs a headlock and brings Steamboat over onto the mat. Steamboat fights to his feet and fires Hitman off into the ropes, Steamboat drops his head for a backdrop, but Bret sees it coming and instead catches the Dragon with a Sunset flip!!!!!

Both men to their feet and Steamboat catches Hart with a Flying Head Scissors!!!!! Hart jumps to his feet and rushes Steamboat, but Steamboat is ready for him and traps Bret with a deep arm drag and locks in an arm bar on the mat!!!! Steamboat transitions the armbar into a hammerlock. Bret is able to climb to his feet and then throws a vicious back elbow that catches Steamboat flush in the eye and causes the break!!!


Bret now takes control, grabbing an arm ringer and working Steamboat’s arm. After working Steamboat’s arm over for several minutes, Hart pushes Steamboat against the ropes and Irish whips him across the ring, Bret then leap frogs Steamboat, but when he drops his head for a backdrop Steamboat leapfrogs him, lands o n his feet, spins around and flattens Bret with a standing drop kick!!!!!!!!!!!

Steamboat pounces on Hart and starts to work on the arm again. Bret keeps trying to escape, but Steamboat keeps it locked in, no matter what Bret does, he can’t get Steamboat to break the hold. Bret even fights to his feet and scoop slams Steamboat, but “The Dragon” never releases the armbar!!!!! Joey Styles says that Steamboat is obviously looking to go to the Double Chicken Wing and is trying to work Bret over to prepare for that. Joey sends us to a commercial break and says that if a pinfall happens during the break they will have the camera’s rolling.

Back from the break Hart has fought to his feet and has backed Steamboat into the ropes, Bret whips Steamboat across the ring, and this time it’s Hart with the dropkick on Steamboat that sends “The Dragon” crashing to the mat!!! Bret now goes to work on Steamboat’s knee. Bret drops several elbows onto Steamboat’s knee before locking in a kneebar. It is obvious now that Hart is looking to work Steamboat’s knee over in order to go for the Sharpshooter.

Steamboat fights his way to the ropes and is able to force the break. On their feet, Hart throws the first punch of the match, slugging Steamboat. Hart then kicks Steamboat in the gut, grabs a front face lock and then executes a picture perfect snap suplex. Bret then climbs the second turnbuckle and drops an axe handle elbow drop on Steamboat. Bret goes for the cover!!!

Steamboat finally turns the hold and puts all the pressure on Bret!!!! Alfonso is now in Bret’s face asking if he wants to give it up, but Bret is yelling no!!!!!! Finally Bret reverses things and rolls into the ropes forcing the break. As soon as the two men are untangled, Hart starts to kick at Steamboat and kicks him completely out of the ring. As Steamboat is pulling himself to his feet on the outside, Bret hits the ropes and then flies through the ropes, crashing onto Steamboat on the floor with a suicide dive!!!!!!!!!


Bret pulls Steamboat up and tosses him into the ring. Bret drops a leg across Steamboat’s chest and then goes for the pin!!!!

He backs Hart across the ring with knife edge chops before hitting a standing dropkick that sends Bret flying over the top rope to the floor!!!!



This time it is Bret pulling himself to his feet as Steamboat hits the ropes and dives over the top with a Plancha!!!!!!!!!



Steamboat rolls Bret back into the ring, but he doesn’t follow him. Instead Steamboat climbs the top rope and measures Bret. As soon as The Hitman is on his feet, The Dragon takes flight with a crossbody block off the top!!!! The Dragon connects, but Bret rolls through!!!!! Bret is on top with the pin attempt!!!!

Alfonso is asking Steamboat if he is willing to give up but Steamboat is refusing, Bret is cranking the hold in,, trying to put as much pressure onto it as possible,


Douglas is on the outside of the ring screaming at his partner not to give up. Steamboat is slowly, slowly crawling trying to get to the ropes. Bret is trying to keep Steamboat locked in the hold, but Steamboat is refusing to say day and centimeter by centimeter he is slowly, oh so very slowly, making his way to the ropes.


FINALLY, Steamboat makes it to the ropes and Alfonso has to order the Sharpshooter broken. Hart can’t believe it, and neither can Joey Styles who says screams that you won’t see this kind of wrestling anywhere else!!!!!!! Bret pulls Steamboat to his feet and grabs a rear waist lock, but after a standing switch Steamboat is the one with the waist lock on Bret. Steamboat releases the waist lock, and then hooks Bret in the Double Chicken Wing!!!!!


Now it’s Bret’s turn to scream in pain as Steamboat has Bret lifted high in the air!!!!! Joey Styles yells that there is less than a minute left in the time limit!!! Bret looks like he is about to give in when Steamboat’s knee gives out and he has to let Bret go. Steamboat then grabs a rear waist lock.

Bret offers a handshake to Steamboat, which he takes after several moments. The two huge in the center of the ring, as Bret gets 2 points and Steamboat gets 0. While Steamboat and Hart seem to be on the same page, Douglas is just staring a hole in them with an extremely pissed off look on his face. Joey wonders what that will mean on Sunday Night when these three men must face Ted Dibiase, Mike Rotunda and Big Bubba Rogers on Meltdown?!?!?!?!? And don’t forget, right here on Wednesday Night Warriors, Bret will face Ted Dibiase, and Ricky Steamboat will battle the 1-2-3 Kid!!!! All this and the NWA debut of “Big Daddy Cool” Kevin Nash as he faces Ron Simmons in a Division 2 World Title Tournament Match!!!!!

The Kid tries to press the advantage and hits the ropes, but Sabu grabs The Kid’s foot and drags him out of the ring!!!! Sabu then whips The Kid into the steel barricade!!!! Referee Pee Wee Moore admonishes Sullivan and Sabu, but can’t really do anything about it. Sabu rolls The Kid into the ring and Sullivan hits the double stomp on The Kid’s gut, then goes for the cover, but only gets a two count.


Sullivan makes the tag to Sabu and they whip The Kid into the corner. Sullivan then drops on his hands and knees in the middle of the ring, Sabu takes off running, jumps off Sullivan’s back and plasters The Kid with a heel kick in the corner!!!!!Sabu then grabs The Kid and drops him with a DDT!!!! Sabu wastes several second posing and pointing to the sky before making the cover

Sabu doesn’t miss a beat pulling The Kid to his feet and then hanging him in the tree of woe!!! Sabu tags out to Sullivan and then whips Sullivan into The Kid!!!!!!! Sullivan tags back out to Sabu and the two hit a double suplex!!! Sabu makes the cover again!!!

Sabu then pulls the Kid up by his hair and throws him over the top rope to the concrete floor!!!!! Sabu grabs Pee Wee Moore’s attention so that on the outside Sullivan can start beating on The Kid. Tatanka drops down to the arena floor and runs Sullivan off. As Tatanka helps The Kid get to his feet, Sabu hits the ropes, leaps into the air, balances himself of the top rope and comes down with a crossbody on both Tatanka and The Kid on the floor!!!!!!

Tatanka and The Kid are totally wiped out by Sabu’s insane dive!!! Sabu rolls The Kid back into the ring and then hits a Slingshot Legdrop!!! Sabu covers!!!

THE KID KICKS OUT AGAIN!!!!

Joey Styles: There is no quit in The Kid, he is refusing to stay down and be beaten here!!! A lesser man would have given up a long time ago, but the Kid refuses to say die!!!


Sabu drags the Kid by his hair over to the corner and tags out to Kevin Sullivan, together they whip The Kid into the ropes and attempt and double clothesline, but The Kid ducks and catches both men with a leaping double clothesline!!!!!! All three men are on the mat as Tatanka goes crazy on the apron begging for the tag. The Kid barely makes the tag as Sabu tries to stop him, and Tatanka is in the ring and taking names!!!!

Tatanka unloads with punches and chops on Sabu before launching him out of the ring. Tatanka then goes to work on Sullivan, breaking out a War Dance as well as he just takes the Gamesmaster apart with chops, kicks, punches and slams. Everything looks to be going Tatanka’s way until Sabu illegally springs himself into the ring and catches Tatanka with a DDT!!!!!! Sabu quickly rolls out as Kevin Sullivan goes to work on Tatanka. After several minutes of abusing the Native American Warrior, Sullivan whips Tatanka into the ropes and drops him to the mat with a back drop.


But what Sullivan didn’t see was The Kid making the blind tag!!!! As Sullivan turns around The Kid comes off the top with a Missile Dropkick that catches Sullivan flush in the mush!!!!! The Kid makes the cover!!!!

Nash has the height advantage on Simmons, but that does not deter the former World Heavyweight Champion!!!! Simmons takes the fight right to Nash and the two end up brawling all over the ring!!! Try as he might Simmons is unable to knock Nash off his feet. Nash catches Simmons with a sidewalk slam and begins to dominate his opponent. Nash taunts the crowd while continuing to put the punishment on Simmons. Nash drops Simmons face first across the turnbuckle, in a move he calls The Snake Eyes and makes the cover, but only gets a two count. Nash sets Simmons up into the corner and unloads with elbows, he then whips Simmons into the opposite corner and charges Simmons, but Simmons moves and Nash crashes into the corner!!!!!


Nash staggers out of the corner and Simmons starts to make the comeback!!!! Simmons is rocking Nash with rights and lefts, but even though he gets the big man down to a knee, he can’t get him off his feet entirely, that is until Simmons hits the ropes and nails Nash with a Flying Shoulder Tackle that finally takes Nash off his feet!!!! Simmons makes the cover, but only gets a two count. As Simmons tries to figure out what to do next

Rogers and Simmons exchange words as Joey yells that Simmons shouldn’t be wasting time and ask why Rogers is even out here. Simmons finally turns his attention back to Nash, picking Nash up Simmons tries to Irish Whip him, but Nash reverses and then damn near takes Simmons head off with a Big Boot!!!!! Nash drags Simmons over to the ropes and starts to choke Simmons on the second rope!!!! Bill Alfonso forces Nash to break and begins to admonish Nash!!! While Alfonso is busy yelling at Nash, Rogers hauls off and blast Simmons in the face with the nightstick!!!!!!!! Rogers quickly retreats to the back and Nash grabs the now limp Simmons and Powerbombs him!!!! Nash barely covers Simmons and gets the 1-2-3!!!!!! Nash gets 2 points in Division 2, but he owes an assist to Big Bubba Rogers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AND HERE COMES BRET HART!!!!!!! Hart walks down to the ring with a purpose as soon as he gets to Douglas and Steamboat the three break out into a full run!!!!! They slide into the ring and Dibiase and his men attack and this match is on!!!!!!

The Heels have the upper hand early as they boot the boots to the babyfaces, but the faces soon make the comeback and clear the ring, standing tall and posing for the fans!!!!!


Bill Alfonso finally is able to restore some semblance of order and the match gets under way with Rotunda and Douglas starting for their teams. The two men showcase superior mat wrestling skills as they trade holds and reversals, neither man is able to get the upper hand on the mat, so Douglas turns up the volume and increases the paces of the match, Rotunda is unable to keep up and soon finds himself getting knocked around the ring by drops kicks and armdrags. After a backdrop Rotunda retreats and tags out to the monster of a man Big Bubba Rogers!!!


Douglas stays in and tries to use his speed to stay one step ahead of Rogers, but once Rogers finally gets his hands onto Douglas he start to pummel the young man senseless. If not for Rogers dropping his head to early and Douglas leapfrogging him, Douglas may have lost the match for his team right there. However, after leapfrogging Rogers Douglas leaps to the corner and tags out to Steamboat, who unloads on Rogers with Chop after Chop that has the big man floundering!!! The Dragon is breathing fire as he unloads everything he has at Rogers, even going to the top rope and crashing down on Rogers with a Crossbody Block!!!! Steamboat then makes the quick tag to Hart!!

Hart comes in and continues to work over Rogers, hitting most of his signature moves. Now it’s the Babyfaces turn to take over as they make quick tags in and out between them and work over Rogers. Hart finally hits the elbow off the middle rope and tries for a pin!!!

ROGERS POWERS OUT AND PRESSES HART OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hart tries to keep the pressure on Rogers, firing off lighting quick strikes, but Rogers clears his head long enough to totally annihilate Hart with a Clothesline that damn near sends Hart’s skull into the third row!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Rogers grabs Hart and launches him into the heels corner. Rogers and Rotunda then begin to tag in and out and start to work over Hart under Dibiase’s orders!!! Shane Douglas keeps getting more and more upset and several times jumps into the ring, forcing Alfonso to turn his back on the heels and tell Douglas to get out of the ring. While Alfonso’s busy with Douglas, the heels are working over Hart.

Joey Styles: What do you mean we need to cut away?? What’s going on??? I am hearing in my ear that there is something going on in the back……


The screen goes to a split screen, half showing the action in the ring as the heels continue to work over Hart, while backstage, wrestlers and referees are trying to hold Ron Simmons back who is trying to rush to the ring and get his hands on Big Bubba Rogers!!!


Joey Styles: Ron Simmons is pissed!!! If he breaks free he is going to take Big Bubba Rogers out!!! Back in the ring, Bret Hart is in a bad way!!!!



Dibiase has Hart in the center of the ring and tries for a pin, but can’t pull it off. Somehow Hart keeps finding ways to kick out. Dibiase is drops Hart right on his head with a piledriver and follows it up with a fist drop, but before he can do anything else, pandemonium breaks as Ron Simmons is in the aisle!!!! Wrestlers and referees are still trying to hold him back, but Simmons is tossing everyone aside!!! Big Bubba Rogers drops off the apron and tells Simmons to come get some, Simmons pushes past his last obstacle and now he and Rogers are brawling in the aisle way while everyone from the back tries to pull them away from each other!!!

Dibiase has been watching all this in the ring, while Hart has remained motionless. Styles wonders if Hart needs medical attention because he has not moved this entire time. Dibiase turns his attention back to Hart, reaches down to pull Hart to his feet, AND HART CATCHES EVERYONE BY SURPRISE BY ROLLING DIBIASE UP WITH A SMALL PACKAGE!!!
